Refund policy

New DuFrane watches and accessories in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Returned items must include all original packaging and paperwork and be in unused condition. Once your returned item is inspected and accepted as a return, your refund will be processed. To initiate a return, simply email howdy@dufranewatches.com and we will provide instructions. Once a return is accepted and completed, please be aware that it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back.

Pre-order watch purchases are not refundable, so please be 100% committed to your upcoming DuFrane!
